Full rehab project of a 20-unit multifamily building. Purchased for $3.5MM and added $1.5MM in renovations, this project was appraised for $7MM after stabilization, bringing a free cash flow of $490,000.00 per year.
LABELLE AFFORDABLE HOUSES
Construction of stand-alone single family houses in Labelle Florida. We are exploring the central Florida market, as the coast is getting expensive and low and mid-income families are moving to more affordable areas.
